Mo, you are one lucky baby.

You have a daddy who loves you more than life and can't wait to get you home. He will teach you about life, love, and the Lord. He will teach you how to throw a ball and play golf. (He really hopes you like golf!) He will help you with your math homework, cause mommy isn't so good at that. He will be your first base coach and your biggest fan. He will pick you up when you fall and encourage you to try again. He will walk through life with you and love you through eternity.

You have four grandparents who can't wait to get their hands on their first grandbaby! Your grandmom and granddad Brown will take you to the farm, they will teach you to ride 4 wheelers and dig in the dirt. Your D'D and George, oh man, wait till you meet them! D'D is going to make you some of the cutest clothes! She will have you reading before you can walk. Your George, he has lots to teach you. He will show you how to survive in the wilderness with only a knife and a match. He will teach you to shoot a gun and to kill your first deer. (Sorry, mommie won't be a part of that! Yuck!)

You have an aunt and some uncles who can't wait to spoil you! Uncle Robert has all these tricks to teach you, like how to flick peas off a spoon. Uncle Anna will make sure you brush your teeth and will always make sure you are dressed cute! Aunt Chase rides dirt bikes and I'm sure he wants to take you. But mommie isn't so sure about that yet. That looks dangerous! Uncle William is SO excited to get you here. I hope he will teach you how to paint and draw, he is really, really talented. I'll even let you go visit him at college one day, maybe....

You are really lucky to have great grandparents too. You will have a MawMaw and PawPaw who have been so faithful in the journey to bring you home. They will be a rock for you, as they have been for our family for years. MawMaw already has your Christmas stocking made. We've been waiting for a baby's name to put on it. PawPaw will take you fishing! You'll be his little fishing buddy! You'll have a Mimi and Peanut too. Mimi, oh she is a hoot! She will tell you like it is. Wait till you see the animals she has decorated in her house. You will love them! Peanut has some camo outfits ready for you. When we told him we were adopting, he only asked that you get to go hunting with him. He needs a hunting buddy!

Then you have me, your mommie. I have prayed for you and will continue pray for you everyday till you are in my arms. I already love you with a fierce love, one that is unconditional. I will love you for all my days, and then even longer. I will kiss your booboos and stand beside you when you struggle through life. I will be your biggest cheerleader. You will complete a part of me.

Your family will love you with a love so deep you will never understand it, but you will feel it. Near or far, you will always have us. You will know, this is family, this is your home.
