And just so you know, his shirt says HAPPY TC! I'm thinking that means this boy is ready for his TRAVEL CALL (TC!!)And I know, he needs a haircut, but they really try to wait until we have him so we can give him his first hair cut!!! Neat story, my hair cutter, Annie, was adopted from South Korea as a baby, she can't WAIT to cut his hair!
