A lady from the Holt message board, who now reads my blog, sent me a message a few weeks ago to say the women in Bates' latest pictures looked very familiar and she thought her daughter and Bates had the same foster mom!
But, the story gets better, they actually lived in the house together for a few months! She emailed me a few pictures of Bates as a teeny tiny baby just to be sure, but yep, it was our boy!
She filled me in on some great things about our foster family. How fantastic they were and how much they love their babies! She also told me she emails the foster sister occasionally and sends pictures of her daughter as she grows. I asked her to email them and tell them she "met" me and we were Bates' adoptive parents and to pass along my email.
Well a couple of weeks pasted and no news from them, but today I got a wonderful email from the foster sister!!!
She said Bates is good and busy, and I quote "He is naughty!"
Oh man!
She also sent about 8 pictures of him over the last few months, a picture of him on his 1st birthday, and a video! He is just the most perfect thing, naughty or not!
