welcome to the program

I mailed our adoption packet to Holt International on September 15th.
Since Holt is located out of state, we had to pick a local approved home study agency. I knew we would use Miriam's Promise as our homestudy agency. Miriam's Promise is located in Nashville, right down the street from the Titan's Stadium, and is sponsored by the United Methodist Church. I went ahead and called Miriam's and set up our appointment to talk to a social worker.

Our appointment was set for the 23th at 4:30.

Nick and I were headed to our appointment when I got this email on my phone:
Dear Nick and Mary Leigh,

Thank you for applying to Holt! I am pleased to inform you that I have
processed your application and everything looks great.

Your application file will now be given to the Korea program. Lisa or
Mary will be in touch soon to welcome you to Holt and provide you with
online guidebook information.

We look forward to working with your family!
